Our rental house in Hawaii part 2
Wednesday, March 17th, 2010
Part 2 of 2 Now we go inside. Again, the house is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus the guest apartment. There is no central air, which I wish it did have. It is not extremely hot in Hawaii, but it is kinda warm and humid. The house also does not have any kind of heat other than natural sunlight, but heat is rarely needed, if at all. This house does, however, have propane gas for the stove and dryer. If I were going to install a central A/C and heating system, I would just go with a Carrier heat pump/air handler combination. This house would probably require at least two for the main residence, plus a possible third unit for the guest apartment.
