This is their most powerful equipment with commercial grade parts, and solid steel body. It comprises of three different models, the 3000, 5000, and 9000 series with the 9000 series the most powerful with more options.

The 9000 series also includes sound dampening and oxi treat feature. I don’t really see the benefit of automatic oxi treatment compared to conventional application, but it is definitely a nice feature and will measure it automatically for you based on the amount of each load.

Epic Z
This is basically a smaller version of the Performance Series. They are all front loading washing machines models, which means they use less water and power, which is very appealing to most consumers today. The standard features for all models are Rainfall Clean Wash system and Extended Spin cycle. Rainfall Clean Wash system means the washer is equipped with 136 holes which sprays water to the laundry for optimum cleaning. Extended Spin cycle gives you a fast spin at the end of each cycle, which reduces the amount of dry time.
It comes with two different models, 400TQ and 600TB. These two front load washing machines models are actually very similar. The main difference is that the 600TB model has more options for different cycles, an extra temperature option, and comes with three different color options.
The price range is from $850 to $1,050.
Bravos
Bravos models are top loading, and as with top loading it has a bigger capacity compared to front loading washers, with 5.0 cu ft capacity. If you have large items such as bedding, ski jackets, sleeping bags, this is the perfect washer for you. It comes with three different models, 450V, 750V, and 850V. The difference is in the number of options, for instance, the basic model 450V does not have automatic oxi dispenser, or sanitize and allergen removal cycle.
It is priced from $1,000 to $1,200.
Centennial
This is the model that is called traditional, and widely used in many households across the country. It has a large capacity of 4.0 cu ft and is durable. If you are looking for a basic washer which do its job and not looking for too many options, this is the one for you. With prices in the range of $500-$600, this is definitely the most affordable models of all Maytag washers.
Whichever models you are looking for, Maytag has a product that will meet your requirement and your budget. Elveryone has their own taste and Maytag does a good job in meeting yours. For instance, I love the top loading model in red color. It is actually a quiet washer in spite of its size.
