Each company has to be a unique selling point (USP) is. . . something that makes them unique from the competition. Could be a variety of different unique selling positions to make, and we will explore some of them in a later article. But the first (and in my opinion the best) way to get people to do business with you for your business. What do I do that? Well, here are some examples of what I call “personalization”

1) Kentucky Fried Chicken In fact, using two universal service providers. First, use the personalization with the Col Harlan Sanders. It was “Colonel Sanders of Kentucky Fried Chicken” with a gray head logo and bearded Colonel resturaunt to anyone in any cube of chicken in every cup of soda, etc. The second USP was the slogan of “Colonel’s secret blend 11 (or 18 or whatever) herbs and spices. “Once again, they did something personal.

2) Wendys Hamburgers-Originally, the redhead Wendy, the daughter of Wendy’s founder Dave Thomas. But that does not really have the task of selling the product. Clearly, this is not a real person but a concept almost subconcous, This makes you think you have to buy a Maytag, so not to spend money for repairs.

5) McDonalds has many USPs, but the personal is that I would like to address, Ronald McDonald. Again, as the artisan of Maytag, is a fictional character, but is a clown (happy, fun) and it does good things, how the Ronald McDonald House charity. Ronald will appeal to children and asks them a meal “Happy.” Burger King tried to get this copy, but the “king” is just a man with a mask, one can not see his face move when he speaks. In my opinion, this is really stupid by Burger King. You forget a person’s “real” or simply the idea.

6) Ken Nugent “One call, that’s it” – Ken Nugent is an advocate of truth, but which has offices in many major cities. Ken is probably not even as a lawyer, but he is the embodiment of a network of law firms. Many people do not know how the idea of meeting with an attorney, especially a stranger. Ken Nugent has put a face to lawyers everywhere. Now they can call and talk to Ken. This really is a marketing strategy brialliant.

There are countless other examples, but I think the six mentioned give us a good basis for testing personalizaton works. As you would in your business or home internet business? Start by themselves the questions, ask your prospects. I want to do business with a corporation name? Will I be considered as a number rather than a person? What happens if I need a replacement product or a full refund?

How to customize “everything I do

To asnwer these questions, I realize that people want to do business with a person, not a “society.” For this reason, in my business, every business card, all web sites, all blogs, all the resources of my business is my name, photograph, address and telephone number. This means two things:

1) Firstly, let people know that I am a real person. You can see how I am, I call on the phone or even know what part of the country we live This shows that I am not a stranger, and I hoped on the way to a friend.

2) Because my name is in all, it helps me to resist the temptation to take shortcuts! In other words, because I do appreciate my reputation, you can darn sure that all I can do to make sure my customers are completely satisfied, if the deal with me. ISPs Conversly most miserable of hiding behind a mailbox and use of audio for your mate. I can use this too, but I’m with my real name and image and not hidden behind a false address.

What this means to you

Because the Internet can be a cold and impersonal tool, I recommend that everyone can do to make it warm and welcoming. I suggest you include your image, personality and individuality in your Internet business. Not only one of the numbers. Be the unique individual you are! And if you offer a good service at a good price, I’m sure you will not only be an Internet Marketer, but you will become a wealthy marketer too!
